To maintain the best care quality, Alpine Care ensures that:   

⦁ We identify service users’ priorities and how will they be met?
⦁ Rapid response to any accidents, incidents or missed visits.
⦁ We provide consistent care and absolutely familiar with service user’s needs.
⦁ We provide home visits of at least 30 minutes to 24 hrs live in care.
⦁ We review care plans within 6 weeks of starting, and then once a year after that or sooner if need arises.
