Relationships are absolutely key for us. The same person you talk to on the phone will be the person who will come out and meet you.
There are no cutting corners here. To us, it’s important that when we visit, we stay for long enough to have a chat, support around the house, and get to know your loved one that little bit better each time. These things can’t be rushed, and that’s why each visit is at least three hours long.
